Plaid and the changing of leaves is the absolute best part of Autumn. This outfit is a great combo for mildly warm days. I took a basic summer dress and layered one of my favourite button down shirts underneath! I love the school girl look of it all and had no problem accenting that with the current sock-and-heel trend. Reds and oranges are perfect for this time of year as well! I highly suggest taking advantage of any adorable autumnal colored finds you can get your hands on!
Kim Kardashian will always be an idol. Although topics surrounding her can cause some debate, I admire her strictly for her fashion and beauty regimes. Therefore, in honor of her 35th birthday Tuesday, from a night out to effortless street wear, here are 35 times her style was absolutely flawless (granted a lot of them look similar)…
October is my favorite month of the entire year! Unfortunately, I’ve been sick this past week and unable to enjoy all that it brings (and my blog 😦 sorry guys!) Not only is the weather not too hot or too cold, and the leaves are all changing different colors and crumpling under our feet, but it’s Halloween! Thanks to Missguided and Asos it’s so easy to get fab and spooky for the month of October. Here are some of my favorite pieces for babe-ing in the festivities (I hope that makes sense… I definitely just made that up :P)
I’m beyond obsessed with clothing from Missguided, and as they get new clothes in (i think weekly), and the season is changing, there’s a lot of amazing pieces that I’d love to share with you to enhance your wardrobes for Autumn. Here are some of my favorite pieces…

I went to a DC Fashion week networking event and fashion show this past Thursday and had so much fun! My friend and I spent the day in DC before the event and took in the gorgeous waterfront view and couldn’t resist stopping at Georgetown Cupcakes (of course :P)
The night consisted of a restaurant/bar absolutely packed to the edges with other photographers, models, bloggers, etc. all from the area. Although it was hard to get a chance to socialize (everyone was way too focused on the runway in the middle of the room) we had so much fun! i’d have to say the best part of it all way seeing what the other guests around me chose to wear. Granted, the fashion show was great to see as it was aspiring college designers in school, I was crazy interested in the personal style of fashionistas around me. Having your own taste is the best part of being stylish! Everyone can bring something different to the table!
