I love the whole concept of wearing a sweater over a dress! It gives you a cozy, effortlessly chic look and is so unique! This sweater is a bit short on me, so it was perfect to wear over this dress, which has a waist that flares around the tummy area. This could go the same for a skirt and sweater combo. It’s great for sunny, yet chilly Autumn days for a meeting over some coffee or a lunch date. Try this trick at home!

After my grandfather passed away, all of his old belongings from the back of the closet were taken out, including this top from when he served in the army back in the 1950s    . I cherish it so dearly and will pass it down for generations. Wearing my family last name and a piece of history is incredible. It’s so easy to be so chic and have effortless street style with options around you you may have never knew about!
